Nice flavours but a few issues

I tried the Chicken Madras and I was looking forward to seeing if the claim of being restaurant-like was accurate. While there was definitely a nice flavour to the dish, I struggled to consider it a Chicken Madras. The recipe calls for coconut milk which isn't typically used in a Madras and when adding this along with the water, the end result is more soup-like than a sauce. I'm still looking forward to trying the other options but this particular one needs a change in recipe to make the consistency of the sauce thicker and to be able to be considered a restaurant quality Madras.

Great instructions, will do better next time, but overall very good

Consistently delicious

Simple ingredients and the spice kit make for a very nice meal.
We control the “heat” by the amount of spice we add at the end of cooking.
