Vindaloo Curry

It was very delicious! I added dried raisins, which I know is not authentic but I thought it was delicious with the spice! I used medium heat and it was perfect for me!

For Christmas Eve this year, I prepared 4 of the Master Indian chicken dishes and a lamb korma. Rave reviews from the entire family!! Might become our annual family tradition!

I have ordered from you several times and have not been disappointed at all. The convenience of making scratch Indian food with pre portioned spices is awesome. I do use many of the packages as a starter and add different elements to up the intensity of flavours, but that’s just me. I have also recommended your company to several people with great success.

I met the President? recently at a trade show in Fredericton and was fascinated by the story of how the business came to be. The prices were great and the event deal even better! We tried several and enjoyed the cooking process as much as eating it. Low fat and low sodium and gluten free was a bonus! Family are getting some for Christmas! Thanks for a great option in a rural area with little ethnic food!

It's very easy to use, the concept is well thought out, and both the ingredients list on the outside of the package and the instructions after opening are very well designed. The ability to make a dish more or less spicy is very convenient. I will gladly buy it again.

Vindaloo is my favorite dish to order from Indian restaurants. Unfortunately this tastes nothing like it. It doesn’t make enough of the gravy and doesn’t have the depth of color or flavour.

Every spice pack is a flavour bomb! The Vindaloo is no exception. One of the simplest to make from the collection with only chicken, onion and a green chili.

I cannot stop making the Vindaloo, it is so addictive. This time I made it with pork tenderloin, it was truly delicious. If you begin to see a rise in orders from Belleville, Ontario. It is because of me giving your packages to every curry head I know. Plus people I don't know (I have made new friends as a bonus.)

Nice easy recipe with minimal ingredients necessary

I had no idea it had a Portuguese influence, onionie and tangy, loved it. I must order the butter chicken next tine because I can't seem to get it right at home.
