Note: Due to COVID19 shipping delays, we recommended ordering $50 or more for orders outside of the Maritimes. Orders will be shipped by Canadapost or UPS.
Orders shipping by Canadapost letter mail do not include tracking.

RETURN SHIPPING
If products are to be returned, we will send you a prepaid shipping label. You never have to pay for shipping with us.

1. When will I receive a tracking number?
Tracking number will be emailed to you once we ship your order. We ship most orders within 24 hours.
Canadapost letter mail (Orders under $50 in Canada) does not come with a tracking number. We guarantee the delivery.

2. When will I receive my order?
We ship 99% of all order within 24 hours. Most orders will be delivered to you home within 5 business days. Rural areas can take a bit longer.

3. Will I get charged sales tax?
For residents of Canada and USA, there is no sales taxes on spices, herbs, blends and teas.

4. What if I don't like one or all your spice kits?
We want you to be completely happy with our products. We rely on repeat business and word of mouth marketing. If for any reason you are not happy, contact us at

5. Can I get a receipt?
We provide an invoice & receipt with every order. Depending on how you choose to pay, you can find your receipt from your transaction online.

6. What if there is an issue with my delivery? Damage, missing products, delays etc.
If there are any issues with your order, reach out to us at hello@masterindian.com with your order number and we will make it right.
We will deal with the shipping carriers in case of damage, delays and other delivery issues. You will not have to waste your time.

7. How reliable is Letter mail shipping with Canadapost? No tracking number?
Canadapost Lettermail is very reliable, despite no options for a tracking number. We have shipped thousands of orders with very few issues over the last 4 years.
