Aloo Gobi (Indian Potatoes and Cauliflower, Vegan)

Make 5 star food at home. I made the Aloo Gobi and the Tikka Masala.

This one needs a bit more prep but the flavours are extra special. I like to have a protein and would consider this one a side dish.

Absolutely delish and extremely easy to put together.

I like Indian food but am unable to recreate the flavour myself, so I bought a kit at a craft fair. The instructions were very simple to follow and the result was simply delicious!! I am now looking on the website to buy more spice kits.

I love this dish so much, it has to be my favourite. The shopping list on back of package is a great idea. The instructions are simple and easy to follow. After making this dish several times, I have made modifications to my family’s liking (I also modified the Masoor Dal Soup). I used 2 heads of cauliflower instead of 1, and use less potato, we really like the oven roasted cauliflower. This is another absolutely fantastic vegetarian dish that has won over my “carnivore “ husband.
I just want to mention I buy my Master Indian Spice packages and a local gift shop in my home town. I first was introduced to Master Indian Spice when I bought fried paneer from him at the Fredericton North Side Market (now closed)

I love Indian food. I don't like a lot of spice. I like the flavour but not the burn. With your products I can make my favourites with ease. I know that the packs are for at least two people. Not with me around they aren't. They taste too good. And at $5 each, it's a steal. I recommend these products with absolute pleasure.

Aloo Gobi is one of my favourite dishes. Instructions are clear, spices individually packaged make is so easy to create an authentic restaurant quality dish at home. I'm delighted and will buy more flavours to try. Korma is my favourite!

Aloo Gobi is one of our favs to make and especially to eat. Although we like chicken, I really like the no meat option for a very nice variety.

I really wasn't thrilled with this. I've had Aloo Gobi many times but there was an unusual taste I didn't care for. I'm not sure what it was, but discarded 3/4 of it.

These truly are fantastic spice mixes. Don’t ask me to pick a favourite, though, because I love ALL of them.

While this is a very appealing blend of veggies, the potatoes took more than twice as long to bake, even having to increase the oven temperature to 390 to finish it off. Otherwise a satisfying flavor combination!

This was our first time trying your product and it did not disappoint. The instructions were clear and easy to follow and the finished dish was a symphony of flavor. We will be repeat customers!
