Easy to follow ingredient list and preparation instructions and an amazing taste. I know people say you can use an online recipe and your own spices, but this is simpler, less messy and you don’t have to store excess spices or buy large quantities of those you only need a little bit of. All in all, great value for $5!
The end result was an Aloo Gobi packed with flavour. This was very easy to make and tasted delicious.
A few years ago while I was in India I took an Indian cooking class from a master chef. We made Aloo Gobi. I enjoyed the Aloo Gobi from Master Indian spice more.
The steps were easy to follow, and resulted in a very flavourful dish.
I look forward to making it again in the future.
Wow Just made the Aloo Gobi, and it was fantastic. I likely left the cauliflower a little too big because it was still a little too crunchy out of the oven but, I added to veggie broth and let it steam for a bit (10 minutes or so) with a cover on the pan and it turned out just perfect. I will definitely purchase this again.
