  • How is my order shipped? 

Your order will be shipped by Canadapost and UPS. Orders under $25 are shipped at lettermail (does not include tracking). You can choose expedited and xpresspost shipping at checkout. 

  • Where is my tracking number?

Canadapost Letter Mail does not come with a tracking number, but the shipping times are identical to expedited post (2 to 6 business days). This allows us to offer Free shipping in Canada for orders as low as $5.00.

You will receive tracking number for all other shipping options. If you haven't please reach out to us at hello@masterindian.com with your order number. 

  • When will I receive my order?

We strive for next business day shipping from the time of your purchase. If you're in Canada, your order should take between 2-6 business days after it's shipped. Due to Shipping delays caused by COVID-19, your package may arrive late. 

  • No sales tax?  

For residents of Canada, there is no sales taxes on spices, herbs, blends and teas.

  • What if I don't like one or all your spice kits?
