Shipping Policy  

Shipping at Master Indian Spice is FREE, in Canada. 

 

• Every order: free shipping — Canada Post Lettermail, no minimum. Delivery in 5–10 business days. Lettermail does not include tracking.
• Orders of $50 or more: free tracked shipping (Canada Post or UPS). Delivery in 2–6 business days.
• Orders of $75 or more: $10 off — you pay $65.
• Orders of $150 or more: 20% off — you pay $120.
  

Note: Orders shipping by Canada Post Lettermail do not include tracking.

• How is my order shipped? 

 

Your order will be shipped by Canada Post and UPS. Every order ships free. Orders under $50 are shipped as Lettermail (does not include tracking). Orders of $50 or more ship tracked.

• Where is my tracking number?

Canada Post Lettermail does not come with a tracking number. You will receive a tracking number for all other shipping options. If you haven't, please reach out to us at hello@masterindian.com with your order number.

• When will I receive my order?

We strive for next business day shipping from the time of your purchase. If you're in Canada, your order should take between 2–6 business days after it's shipped. If you haven't received your order within 10 business days, please let us know.

• No sales tax?  

For residents of Canada, there is no sales taxes on spices, herbs, blends and teas.

• What if I don't like one or all your spice kits? 

We want you to be completely happy with our products. We rely on repeat business and word of mouth marketing. If for any reason you are not happy, contact us at hello@masterindian.com with your order number and we will make it right.

• Can I get a receipt?

We provide an invoice & receipt with every order. Depending on how you choose to pay, you can find your receipt from your transaction online.
