Description: A very popular north Indian dish where tender chicken is cooked with onions, peppers and an unique blend of spices. Jhal frezi shares some of the flavour of the classic Tandoori but the cooking process is much simpler.

Ingredients Breakdown:

Spice Pack 1: Turmeric, Ginger, Garlic Salt
Spice Pack 2: Black Pepper, Paprika, Coriander
Spice Pack 3: Garam Masala
Spice Pack 4: Chili Powder (Very Hot!!! for heat adjustment)

Garam Masala: Coriander, Cinnamon, Cumin, Ginger, Cloves, Cardamom, Black pepper

Heat Level: Best served medium to hot

So versatile!

So my husband and I LOVE these spice packets and have reordered time and again…we had his for the first time this week and it was amazing! The flavours are so rich and intense. We had a bit leftover and the next night rolled it up in tortillas with sour cream and green onion. Indian meets Mexican. A treat for our tummies!!

Delicious!!

These ready to use spice packages are great. I have tried Vindaloo, Korma, Butter Chicken and one or two other ones at my daughter’s place. They were delicious and were served with basmati rice. If you like Indian cuisine, you will be very happy with these packages.

We normally absolutely love this dish, however, since we last purchased it to now, they must have changed their seasonings because it is SO spicy (we did not add any spice to it). We used to have this dish 1x per week but now we can barely finish our plate.
Tried to contact someone at the store to see if maybe something happened and there was a mistake in a spice pack but did not hear back. Hoping this gets some attention to resolve the issue.
