    The flavour club subscription products are shipped free of charge as Canadapost Lettermail. Your delivery is guaranteed by us. You will not have to deal with Candapost or any other shipper if and when there are any issues. 


  • When will my order ship?

    We will ship your order every last week of the month. You will get a notification email once your spice kits are on the way. 

  • When will I be charged?

    You will get charged on the 22nd of each month. You can always skip a shipment or cancel. But trust us, you don't want to miss any of these flavours.


    We will send you a reminder email before we process the monthly payment. 

  • How manage my subscription?

    Once you subscribe, you will have access to a custom portal where will be able to manage every aspect of the subscription. The following are some of the key aspects
