Was excited to try and have not been disappointed! Flavours are delicious. I have always loved Indian food and getting such an interesting variety with simple easy to follow instructions was irresistible!
Have had 3 so far Aloo Gobi, Korma and Murg (butter chicken). I am writing notes on pkgs so I can know how much of the hot spice to put in next time i make each. I under spiced the first time to be cautious.
The butter chicken is not at all like what I consider to be traditional however, I really liked it.
I have added different veggies to each as I am cooking - easy to figure out at what step - peas, zucchini.
Looking forward to trying the rest of my packets and keeping my favourites in stock.

So far we’ve only tried one of our variety pack - the Madras Curry - and it was absolutely delicious! Very easy to prepare.
Love the spice packets we have tried so far. Look forward to the rest. Eating pescatarian and subbing fish, paneer or tofu have worked perfectly so far. Really great flavors. Being GF is required for me and I can’t eat out much due to gluten cross contamination risks so this is really perfect to bring restaurant style into my home cooking. Order showed up on time and complete. Made 2 of the dishes for my partner and myself. Made the Chana Masala and the Butter Chicken (The Original, 1950's). So much better than just dumping a bottle of sauce over cooked chicken. More effort but the tastes were amazing.

I have loved Indian food for decades. When we lived in the UK I was introduced to Pat Chapman’s Curry Bible and spent hours preparing dishes that required seemingly endless preparation, and an endless spice larder. Fast forward to today 25 years later and I am just making dinner for myself. Until I discovered Master India I was ordering from local restaurants at least once a month. I have cooked through 6 of the 9 in less than 2 weeks. So simple and really delivers the authentic flavours associated with top notch restaurants. Highly recommend these spice packs!

I have purchased these spice kits previously both for myself and for a friend and heavily recommend these to everyone. I learned many years ago how to blend my spices and which ones to use, but this is a whole new level, both time saving and accurate - fail safe to boot! So whether you are a newbie to making Indian food or a well-seasoned (excuse the pun) cook, these kits are perfect.
I have been buying these spice packs for a couple of years now, and find all of them delicious and easy to prepare.

I just tried the first dish from my Whole Nine Spices order, KORMA Modern British Inspired. The clear yet simple instructions made it easy for this 82-year-old bachelor to follow. The flavour, was excellent, and the heat level warning allowed me to adjust it perfectly for my taste. I can't wait to try some of the other dishes.

As a Brit living in Canada, one of the things I missed the most was a great curry. Bottled sauces are ok but nowhere near the authenticity of these spice blends. The only thing that I can’t get to turn out as described, is the thickness of the gravy. That however does not distract from the flavour and really does not bother me as I like it soaked into my rice. My partner does not like hot spiced food but loved the dishes I made with these spices. I put the chilli powder in after I had taken hers up and I warn you, it is very hot. I like heat but after the warning on the package I used the chilli conservatively and I’m glad I did. The chilli powder from the first kit I used was enough for the three meals I have made. I highly recommend you try these spice kits if you are an Indian curry lover, you will not be disappointed.
