Up until I had discovered Master Indian, I was mainly using the curry pastes readily available at most major supermarkets. Master Indian tends to require a little more effort, BUT, the results are superior. I highly recommend Master Indian. I bought the 18Pack, have enjoyed three different recipes and can say, so far, so awesomely good!

Received my kits about a week ago and have already made 4. They really are restaurant quality and a great deal for the price. Another thing that's not even really advertised is, they are healthy. The recipes call for lean protein in chicken breast or vegan recipes based on legumes, vegetables, a small amount of oil, then reasonable amounts of some coconut oil, nuts, or a couple tablespoons of sweetener. The most calorie dense meal was the chicken korma, and one serving was very satisfying with a cup of rice for about 800 calories. It was so good, too. I will definitely be ordering more. My favorite recipes are the ones that use coconut milk so far.

A great range of Curries all provided with detailed cooking instructions. We have had great fun experimenting with the great range provided and also signed up to the monthly variety packs. All of the Curries taste so much better than the standard single mixes. The separated sachets provided allow you much better control on the cooking process along with controlling the strength of the curry to meet your own tastes. 100% recommend, we are very happy 👍
