Butter Chicken 1950's Inspired

This was our first Master Indian Spice meal. It was easy to make for a weeknight meal. The directions were easy to follow and the results were delicious.

So I followed the instructions but I found it tasted very tomatoey! But lt was good , but the next day omg it was amazing !! Can’t wait to try the vindaloo

These spices are said to be appreciated by costumers...I hope their client base is much wider.

I have to admit I am not really a cook, if I want butter chicken I would order it in from a restaurant. But I saw this spice pack online and I thought I would give it a try. It was absolutely delicious and not overly complicated to make. I would definitely make it again. It did have a restaurant quality flavor. Definitely appreciated the free shipping.

The recipes are easy to follow. I never thought I would be able to make Indian food but with these kits, I can make them so easy. The taste is absolutely amazing and I will definately be buying more. Loved sharing with family as well. I've made Tikka Masala, butter chicken & coconut curry so far!

This was our first try at Indian cooking from scratch. It was easy and the result was delicious. We added onions and cashews and it was amazing. Can't wait to try the Vindaloo.

Note: my ground almonds were roasted and I added salt.

I tried these for the first time just a few days ago, and I was pleasantly satisfied with them. I was expecting something pretty bland and tasteless, but I was really pleased with them. I did everything according the instructions on the packets and it turned out amazingly well and very tasty.

I first purchased Master Spice kits at the OOAK show in Toronto a few years ago. I've been happily restocking ever since. These kits are a breeze to use and I love that the only thing in them is spice. No fillers, no emulsifiers. I've tried several varieties and they're all good. I totally recommend if you are looking for great flavour without highly processed ingredients. Shipping is very fast also.

Placed an order with multiple packs. Shipped as two envelopes. Received 1 envelope in normal time but 2nd after two weeks still had not arrived. Reached out to Master Indian Spice. Their response was amazing they just replaced the missing part of the order no questions. Actually received the missing original envelope same time as new one. I queried how to now pay for the replacement (I thought that was only fair) and they would not take any money.

I’ve used nearly every spice mix for butter chicken currently on the market trying to find this unicorn of a sauce both me and my partner loved. This was NOT it. This was too bland, tomatoey, and baking the chicken was such a weird step. When I bought it at the Toronto One of A kind show, I thought the price was a little high, $10 for spices, but I thought that it must be good. It was not. I actually threw out the second box I bought I was so disappointed.

We were impressed with the quality of dry ingredients and enjoyed the finished meal but it was not quite to our taste and prefer our standby jar of Sharwood prepared sauce. Wishing you much success!

I couldn't be more impressed with this Company or the spices they offer. I find it tricky to get authentic Butter Chicken flavors in Canada which is why I thought I would give this spice a try, and I'm happy I did! When I made it, my husband said it was just like eating out at a fancy restaurant! And you don't even need to use chicken if you don't want to, it works for vegetarians too :)

I hug ace alway been very happy with all the kits I have use to date . So easy to use and well planed out . We use these at least two times a week . Awesome product , keep up the great work . Rick Short
