One jar can't do what four blends can
Authentic Indian food is built in layers — spices added at the right moment, in the right order. That's the whole secret. A single jar dumps everything in at once. We don't.
🫙 The jarred sauce
- ✕ One flat note, dumped in at the end
- ✕ Tastes "kind of" like the restaurant
- ✕ Mystery ingredients & preservatives
- ✕ You can't control the heat
🌶 The Master method

Cook it in stages, like a master
Every kit splits one authentic recipe into four spice blends, numbered in the order you use them. Follow 1 → 2 → 3 → 4 and you build flavour the way an Indian chef does.
Bloom
Toast the base spices in oil to wake up the aromatics — the foundation of the dish.
Build
Layer in the second blend with onions & tomato to develop a deep, rich gravy.
Braise
Add the protein and the third blend, then simmer until everything melds together.
Finish
Stir in the final blend & your chosen heat for that signature restaurant aroma.
Each kit comes with a grocery list, a step-by-step recipe card, and a how-to video. If you can follow four steps, you can do this.

We're not a faceless label. Master Indian Spice was built right here in New Brunswick, working hand-in-hand with chefs in North India to break down the dishes you actually order at restaurants.
We obsess over the blends so you don't have to hunt down twenty spices. That's the "Master" part — we've done the hard work, you get the credit at the table.

The hot chili comes separately, so you decide how far to push it — mild for the kids, blazing for you.
Questions? We've Got Answers
How many people does one kit serve?
Each kit is designed to serve a family of 4 comfortably. Our 1950's Original Butter Chicken kit makes a serving of 8.
How spicy is this? Can my kids eat it?
Yes! We keep the Hot Chili Pack completely separate. You can leave it out for a 100% mild, kid-friendly meal, or add it all for authentic restaurant heat. You are the Master.
What do I need to buy at the grocery store?
Just 5-8 basic staples: Protein (Chicken/Paneer/Veg), an onion, oil, tomatoes, and cream or coconut milk. We handle all the complex spices.
Why is this better than a grocery store jar?
Jars are mostly salt and water. Our kits use whole aromatics that you "bloom" in oil—the professional chef’s secret to unlocking deep, authentic flavour in under 40 minutes.
